Prices are based on the cost of raw ingredients and amount of time required for preparation. A family of 4 with service of 5 meals per week ranges from $250-$325 depending on menu selections. This price includes the cost of food, shopping and preparation. Please call for a personal consultation and quote. We are happy to split a week of meals between two households.
Fresh Vegetable Lasagna
Slow simmered veggies in a rich tomato sauce, layered with 3 cheeses. and lasagne noodles. Served with a tossed salad and your choice of: citrus vinaigrette, blue cheese, or red wine vinaigrette (all house made).
The BEST EVER Spaghetti and Meat Balls
Hand made meat balls seasoned to perfections, slowly simmered in tomato sauce. Served with fresh whole wheat garlic bread. Add a salad if you'd like, too!
Snapper Filet Packets
Fresh Florida Snapper, juilienne carrots, peppers and green onion. Diced shallots and butter. Wrapped in foil packets and baked. Served with rice pilaf.
Steak and Veggie Kabobs
Marinated steak, mushrooms, sweet onion, and peppers, skewered and grilled. Served with herbed couscous.
Maple-Soy Glazed Salmon
Marinated wild salmon, broiled (or grilled weather permitting!), served with sauteed baby bok choy and peppers, and jasmine rice.
Sausages and Cabbage
Assorted fresh sausages slowly cooked. Served with fresh shredded cabbage sauteed with a touch of garlic, and onions, finished with a splash of Cider Vinegar.
Marinated skirt steak, chicken and pork tenderloin. Grilled to perfection. Served with grilled mushrooms, peppers, onions, and new potatoes. Side of Henry Baine's Sauce and Chimichuri.
House Made Chicken Fingers
AKA, My kids won't eat anything healthy! These are hand cut whole chicken breasts, lightly breaded, and pan sauteed (not fried!). Served with steamed broccoli and garlic smashed new potatoes.
Mexican Enchilada Pie
Another kid favorite, but I sneak in lots of veggies! House made Enchilada sauce with peppers, onions, and garlic (pureed!), ground beef, and cheese layered "lasagne" style and baked until bubbly. Served with fresh guacamole, sour cream, and shredded lettuce.
Not your mom's stuffed peppers. These are stuffed with brown and basmati rice, veggie tomato sauce, and asiago and parmesan cheese. Baked until tender. Served with salad and choice of dressing.
Sesame Crusted Sushi Grade Tuna Steaks
Sesame Seed, wasabi, ginger, garlic and pepper marinated tuna steaks. Lightly seared, served with wasabi cream and black sesame seeds. Served with stir-fried veggies and jasmine rice.
Greek Stuffed Chicken Breasts
Greek feta, kalamata olive, fyogurt, resh oregano, garlic and lemon juice stuffed into boneless skinless chiken breasts. then pan sauteed. Served with stuffed zucchini and herbed couscous.
Marinated Skirt Steak
Tender skirt steak marinated in housemade chimichuri sauce, grilled. Served with grilled new potatoes and peppers and mushrooms.

Potatoes au Gratin
Maple Glazed Carrot Coins
Small tomatoes stuffed with bocaccini mozzarella, fresh oregano and basil, salt and a drizzle of olive oil, then baked. Another surprising kid favorite.
Small zucchini scooped out, then filled with minced zucchini tomato sauce with fresh bread crumbs. Topped with mozzarella cheese and baked.
